Announcing our #CMCon17 Featured Bloggers
Hi all!!
Coastal Magic, like every other convention/event out there, is a group effort. We need the authors who inspire and entertain us, we need the readers who share our enthusiasm for the stories, and we need bloggers who help bring the two together and keep the ball rolling through the weekend. Our Featured Bloggers help promote the convention, work with our Featured Authors for spotlight posts during the months leading up to our event, and help with prep and panel moderating during the event. It’s a lot of work, and without their efforts, Coastal Magic simply would not happen.
It’s time to announce the lovely ladies who’ll be filling those rolls for next year! HUGE thank you to the following bloggers for taking on the tasks, and helping to make Coastal Magic happen. Be sure to check out (and follow/subscribe to) all of their sites, as you’ll find monthly features from each of our Featured Authors, along with other Coastal Magic fun (holiday contests, blog hops, etc.) You don’t want to miss any of the author shenanigans they’ll be putting together for you!!
Laura – Little Read Riding Hood
Laura started Little Read Riding Hood in March of 2012 and since invested more time into blogging than she probably should admit to. She has been a featured blogger for CMC since it’s first year as Olde City, New Blood, and plans to attend this con as long as the organizer keeps letting her in the door.
Jackie – Literary Escapism
A lover of books, a geek, an experimental baker, the archenemy of boredom, and so much more. Jackie is the owner of Literary Escapism, a stay at home mom, and the mad hatter organizing the Rust City Book Convention.
Jay – Joyfully Jay
Jay is a wife, mom, blogger, cat wrangler, avid reader and lover of beaches, lazy days, and all things chocolate and peanut butter. You can find Jay over at her blog, Joyfully Jay, where she reviews gay romance and more.
Sue (DaVinciKittie) – GraveTells
Sue “DaVinciKittie” Brown-Moore is an award-winning veteran romance blogger and reviewer and the primary voice for GraveTells.com. Sue is also a freelance Developmental Editor passionate about helping authors bring out the best in their stories. Tamye Whitener is an unashamed coffee addict, with a passion for books, crafts; and a craving to learn and challenge herself. As a blogger, an Online Facebook Event planner & hostess, as well as an aspiring author of both nonfiction and paranormal romance, she is able to satisfy that need somewhat.
Jen – Moments In West FL
Jen promotes and shares authors she loves, and posts reviews too. She enjoys YA, Erotic and Paranormal Romance novels and series. Jen loves the fantasy worlds they portray, and the ability to loose herself in another place.
Kassidy – Beyond The Next Chapter
Kassidy Carter enjoys blogging and promoting authors. In her free time she writes and she also reads a lot. There is never a time you catch her with out a book with her.

Jennifer is a book lover, nerd girl, convention addict, and all around *mostly* happy person. She is also (simultaneously) hyper focused AND way too easily distracted. You can find her at Coastal Magic every February, DragonCon every Labor Day weekend, and wandering the interwebs in the time between.
