Please feel free to download the Excel version of the schedule from the Schedule page above. I’ll be posting a “web friendly” version actually ON the page in the next couple of days.

Many of the authors participating in Meet & Greets are planning themes for their hour long hang-outs. I’ll be updating these on the schedule as they are decided.

Ashlyn Chase is planning a fun “Beach Drive” sometime during the weekend, and has room for 4 readers to participate. If you’re interested, please email me at CoastalMagicConvention at gmail dot com, with the subject line “Ashlyn’s Beach Drive”. The first 4 requests will be chosen.

OH OH OH OH OH OH OH… Remember that the Charity Signing is FREE and open to the public. Even if you weren’t able to register for the full weekend, bring your friends and your camera for a chance to chat with your favorite UF/PNR authors while they scribble on your books!!

    Thanks, Lisa! There’s actually not anything scheduled for readers that night, I wasn’t sure how many would be able to come that early. Next year I’ll plan for something reader-centric after bag pickup starts. I would imagine there’ll be a few other readers wandering around, though… so I’m sure there’ll be some tomfoolery afoot, lol 🙂 The OceanWalk is attached to the hotel, so if nothing else… there’s wandering space 🙂 Also… there’s talk of trying to do a Vampire Academy midnight movie. I have NO IDEA if this is possible, or how to make it happen, but there are rumblings, lol 🙂 Hope that helped. See you soon!!
